Jovanay's first-hand experience in technical recruiting showed her the need for more candidate readiness, especially for underrepresented talent. Jovanay's prior experience includes technical recruiting at Google, Codecademy, and Purchasing Platform, as well as former Executive Search experience with Universities and Nonprofits at Spencer Stuart. With a plethora of experience in volunteering, career coaching, and resume-writing for black and brown students in high school and college, Jovanay has a deep passion for equitable job access for underserved communities.

Jovanay is a graduate of the Masters of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Tech entrepreneurship at The University of Chicago and earned her B.A. from Dartmouth College with High Honors in Anthropology and African/African American studies. She remains a proud alumna as president of the Dartmouth 2019 Class Alumni Committee and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Jolene brings deep passion and experience in product management, user research, UI/UX design, and brand marketing. Jolene's is has worked across product management and brand teams at Microsoft and does additional consulting for black-owned small businesses in NYC that focus on building community, including the Dinner Party NYC and her family-owned immigration and law office. A product of Haitian immigrant parents, Jolene's affection for community embeds itself in The Dev Difference's community centered values. 

Jolene is a full-time MBA candidate at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a focus on entrepreneurial ventures, graduating spring 2026 She is also an involved Dartmouth alumna on the 2019 Class Alumni Committee and in the Dartmouth-NYC's Bridges to Impact. Jolene studied Computer Science modified with Digital Arts. Jolene is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Moyosore bringing a wealth of experiences in software architecture and development from 5 years as a software engineer for Microsoft’s developer tools.  As an international student from Nigeria, Moyosore navigated college as a computer science major with very little understanding of the corporate workforce or interviewing. This influenced her passion and experience first-hand with the lack of equitable resources for those interested in careers in tech. Moyosore is an involved advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in Microsoft's Black at Microsoft network, and loves to mentor software engineers, especially black women and other international students.

Moyosore earned her B.S. in Computer Science with a Davis United World College Scholarship and Dartmouth College Honor List. Moyosore is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
