Become a Campus Ambassador

Be The Difference on Your Campus!

What You'll Do​:
  • Host 2 events per semester (or 1 per quarter) – we'll give you event ideas and even sponsor pizza, you be in charge of gathering the people! Events can be anything from "Apply to jobs together" event to "peer mock interviews".

  • Share The Dev Difference as a resource -- share your referral link to help your peers connect to resources for interview prep and job seeking in tech.

  • Sharing your story – Engage with The Dev Difference through a monthly social media post on Instagram and TikTok. Your story will inspires so many others!

Role Details:
  • Earn a $100 stipend for hosting events with more than 15 guests.

  • Premium access to The Dev Difference for the semester.

  • First access to job opportunities through The Dev Difference network.

  • Personalized career coaching + mentorship from our career coaches.

  • Work with a startup recognized by South By Southwest and other top Startup Competitions (looks really good on your resume & great real-world experience)

  • Bonus rewards, for every 30 referrals = 1 entry in our lottery for concert tickets & conference tickets to top tech conferences

Eligibility:
  • Location: Remote (U.S. only)

  • Job Type: Contract, Part-Time (10 hrs/month)

  • Eligibility:

    • Must be enrolled at least part-time in a College or University in U.S. or Canada.

    • Must have work authorization to work in the U.S.

    • Love helping others succeed!

    • Can be any major (does not have to be a computer science major)

    • Can want to go into any job role (this is not only for future software engineers)

  • Comfortability with creating posts for social media (you don't have to be a content creator, just up to date on social media and trends)
