Mae King is a sophomore at the University of California, Irvine, majoring in Computer Science. She currently serves as Vice President of External Affairs for Women in Computer Science and Informatics, where she plans events and builds partnerships with tech companies to support student development. Mae is passionate about both environmental science and computer science and has done research in both education technology and how crops grow in different conditions. Mae also interned in Google's STEP program, where she worked on a tool to measure touchscreen response time across ChromeOS devices. Originally from Irvine, California, Mae is passionate about blending design, education, and technology to create more inclusive spaces in the industry.
